Integrating your Wisepops sign-up forms with your preferred marketing platforms can streamline your workflows and supercharge your marketing efforts. This guide will walk you through the process.

If you don't see your solution on the list, you can most likely use Zapier to send leads to your system or leverage our webhooks.

Step 1: Access Your Wisepops Dashboard

Log into your Wisepops account and navigate to the popups or notifications dashboard on your main interface. From here, you can start a new campaign or edit an existing one.

Step 2: Add or Edit Your Sign-Up Form

In the campaign builder, add a sign-up form to your popup or click on an existing form to edit it. The form is your key tool for capturing audience information.

Step 3: Configure Form Settings

Clicking the form element will open a panel on the left side with form settings. In the 'fields' tab, you can add additional fields to your form as needed.

Step 4: Sync with Your Preferred Provider

Navigate to the 'sync' tab to see available integrations. Select your preferred provider (for example, Klaviyo). Follow the on-screen instructions to link your chosen platform, which usually involves inputting your API key or authorizing Wisepops access to your account.

Step 5: Choose Your Data Destination

After successful integration, choose the list or segment where the data from the sign-up form will be stored.

Step 6: Synchronize All Desired Fields

Add extra fields as needed and make sure to synchronize all desired fields. Standard fields like first name or contact information are automatically synchronized, while others need manual merging. If a specific field is not listed in the dropdown nor in your system, some systems allow you to create a custom field by typing the name and pressing enter.

Step 7: Save and Launch

Save your changes and launch your popup. Your Wisepops sign-up form is now connected to your ESP or CRM.

Step 8: Set Up On-Site Sign-Up Notifications

On-site sign-up notifications are a non-disruptive way of collecting visitor emails right from their notification feed. To set up this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Notifications Dashboard: Log into your Wisepops account and head over to the notifications dashboard.
  2. Initiate a New Campaign: Click on 'New Campaign' to start setting up your notification.
  3. Choose the Sign-Up Template: From the template options, pick the sign-up template. This template will allow you to feature a form within the notification message, making it easier for visitors to sign up.
  4. Integrate with Your Preferred Provider: For notifications, integration options are limited. You can integrate your notification sign-up form directly with Klaviyo or via Zapier.
  5. Activate a Popup from the Notification Feed: If you need more direct integration possibilities, you can activate a popup from the notification feed. This workaround expands your direct integration opportunities. More details on this process can be found in our guide.
  6. Save and Launch: Once you've finished setting up your sign-up notification, save your changes and launch your notification. Now, your on-site visitors will see a sign-up form in their notification feed, allowing you to collect more emails without disrupting their experience.\
  7. Step 9: Downloading Contact Files

To retrieve contacts from the popup dashboard, navigate to the "more action" menu and select "download contacts". The CSV file will be promptly delivered to your mailbox. The same procedure applies when obtaining contacts from a notification campaign.
