Step 1: Log in to your Marigold Engage account.
Step 2: From the side menu choose:
Admin Configuration
Access Management
Service Accounts
New
Step 3: Enter the name Wisepops
, choose the type Custom
and save it.
Step 4: A Key and Secret will be generated. You will need them later to activate the synchronization.
Step 5: Set the expiration date. We recommend to set it far in the future, for example in 20 years.
Step 6: Switch to Endpoints tab to define what actions Wisepops will be allowed to perform. Check the following:
In Data:
β/organizations/{organization}/lists/{api_name}/data

Save your changes.
Step 7: Log in to your Wisepops account.
Step 8: Open or create a popup with a sign-up form.
Step 9: Click on your Sign-up form.
Step 10: In the left menu, click on Sync, then Marigold Engage.
Step 11: In the popup window, enter your Domain (copy the URL of your Marigold Engage dashboard), Organization (name of your organization in the upper right corner of Marigold Engage dashboard), Key and Secret which you copied in the step 4.
And voila!
Note: Wisepops supports syncing to Audience lists and Data lists.
Audience list have default fields for email, name and phone automatically created.
Data list have no default fields and therefore you must create them manually:
MAIL
SUBSCRIBE_SOURCE
NAME (if first name or last name is used)
MOBILE (if phone is used)
