Integrating your Wisepops sign-up forms with your preferred marketing platforms can streamline your workflows and supercharge your marketing efforts. This guide will walk you through the process.
Popup Integration
Log in and access dashboard
Open your Wisepops account
Head to the popups or notifications dashboard
Create or edit your sign-up form
Start a new campaign or tweak an existing one
Add a sign-up form to your popup (or edit an existing one)
Set up your form
Click on the form element to open settings
Add extra fields in the 'fields' tab if needed
Connect with your favorite provider
Go to the 'sync' tab
Pick your preferred platform (e.g., Klaviyo)
Follow the prompts to link accounts (usually involves an API key or authorization)
Choose where to store your data
Select the list or segment for your sign-up data
Sync up all your fields
Standard fields (name, email) sync automatically
Manually merge any extra fields
Pro tip: Create custom fields by typing a name and hitting enter
Launch your popup
Save changes
Hit that launch button!
Notification Integration
The sign-up notification template only allows for an email field.

If you don't use Klaviyo or want to gather more than just email addresses, you can use our method to trigger a sign-up popup from the notification feed.
Downloading Contact Files
To retrieve contacts from the popup dashboard, navigate to the "more action" menu and select "download contacts". The CSV file will be promptly delivered to your mailbox. The same procedure applies when obtaining contacts from a notification campaign.
