Implementation Guide

1. Personalizing Popup Content

Display dynamic loyalty information in your campaigns using property placeholders:

Copy "You have {{loyoly.point_balance}} points to spend!"

Best Practices:

  • Always set targeting rules to ensure properties have values

  • Include fallback content for non-logged-in users

  • Test your campaigns with different loyalty scenarios

2. Setting Up Targeting Rules

  1. Navigate to Display β†’ Advanced β†’ Custom properties in the popup editor

  2. Select the relevant Loyoly property

  3. Define your targeting conditions based on their number of loyalty points, referral counts, etc. (e.g., point_balance > 1000 or refferrals_count > 5)

Example Targeting Scenarios:
