Create a new campaign (use the Campaign Assistant to save time)
Edit the campaign design to match the look and feel of your website and display your own coupon code
From the display scenario tab, select Trigger then choose the On Exit option
Display > Trigger > On Exit
Set your campaign to appear on your cart page using the page targeting rule on the Pages tab
Save and publish your campaign
