Wisepops gives you full control over the images in your campaigns. This guide walks you through everything: uploading an image, cropping and resizing it, reusing images from your media library, and tips for getting the best results.

Adding an Image Block to Your Popup Campaign

Before uploading an image, you first need to add an image block to your campaign layout.

Uploading an Image

You can upload an image directly from your computer, or pick one you've already uploaded from your media library.

πŸ’‘ Tip: For the best quality, upload an image at least 2x bigger, we take care of scaling it down if necessary.

Reusing Images from Your Media Library

Every image you upload is saved to your media library, so you can reuse it across campaigns without uploading it again.

Cropping an Image

Use the built-in crop tool to adjust the framing of your image without leaving the editor. Cropping is non-destructive β€” your original file is always preserved.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can re-crop at any time β€” just click the Crop button again to adjust.

Resizing an Image Block

You can control the size of your image block using the sizing controls in the settings panel.

Common Questions

Can I use the same image in multiple campaigns?

Yes. Once an image is uploaded it lives in your media library and can be reused across as many campaigns as you like.

Will cropping or resizing affect my original file?

No. Cropping and resizing in the editor are non-destructive. Your original uploaded file is always preserved in the media library.

Why does my image look blurry?

This usually means the uploaded image is smaller than the space it's displayed in. Upload a higher-resolution version β€” ideally at 2Γ— the display size β€” for a sharp result.

When I duplicate a campaign, do images copy over too?

Yes. When you duplicate a campaign to another website, all images included in that campaign are automatically copied to the destination.
