The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive data to measure campaign performance and optimize your conversion strategy. Track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize your campaign ROI.
The time zone used for reports is UTC.
Key Metrics Explained
Engagement Metrics
Pageviews: Number of times a page on your website is viewed or loaded. More details here
Sessions: Number of unique website visits. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, with one session typically including multiple pageviews.
Displays: Number of times visitors viewed your campaigns.
For popups with tabs: Counted only when the tab is clicked.
For notifications: Counted individually for each notification when the feed is opened.
Reach: Percentage of sessions where visitors viewed at least one campaign.
For notifications: Counted when a visitor opens the notification feed containing at least one notification.
Conversion Metrics
Clicks: Number of times visitors clicked on a CTA button.
For popups: You can specify which buttons count as clicks in the popup builder.
Only one click per visitor per campaign is counted, regardless of multiple CTAs.
Click-Through-Rate (CTR): Number of clicks divided by number of displays, expressed as a percentage.
Emails: Number of email addresses collected through your campaigns.
Phone Numbers: Number of phone numbers collected through your campaigns.
Using the Analytics Dashboard
Chart Visualization
The primary analytics chart displays performance trends over your selected time period, with aggregated values (sum or average) shown above the chart.
Customizing Your View
Selecting Metrics: Click the "Metrics" box on the left to toggle which metrics appear above the chart. Check boxes to display up to 4 metrics simultaneously in the chart.

Performance Tables
The tables below the chart provide detailed performance breakdowns across different dimensions, sorted by display count:
Top Campaigns: Identifies your highest-performing campaigns
Top Pages: Shows which website pages generate the most displays and clicks
Devices: Breaks down performance between mobile and desktop users
Top Countries: Reveals geographic performance patterns
Important: All filters applied at the top of the Analytics page affect every data visualization throughout the dashboard, including performance tables.
