The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive data to measure campaign performance and optimize your conversion strategy. Track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize your campaign ROI.

The time zone used for reports is UTC.

Key Metrics Explained

Engagement Metrics

  • Pageviews: Number of times a page on your website is viewed or loaded. More details here

  • Sessions: Number of unique website visits. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, with one session typically including multiple pageviews.

  • Displays: Number of times visitors viewed your campaigns.

    • For popups with tabs: Counted only when the tab is clicked.

    • For notifications: Counted individually for each notification when the feed is opened.

  • Reach: Percentage of sessions where visitors viewed at least one campaign.

    • For notifications: Counted when a visitor opens the notification feed containing at least one notification.

Conversion Metrics

  • Clicks: Number of times visitors clicked on a CTA button.

    • For popups: You can specify which buttons count as clicks in the popup builder.

    • Only one click per visitor per campaign is counted, regardless of multiple CTAs.

  • Click-Through-Rate (CTR): Number of clicks divided by number of displays, expressed as a percentage.

  • Emails: Number of email addresses collected through your campaigns.

  • Phone Numbers: Number of phone numbers collected through your campaigns.
