Did you input the email in the live campaign? As a reminder, the emails inputted in the campaign preview mode are not taken into account. If you want to test email collection, preview your campaign on a hidden URL instead.

Did you include today's date in your date range (Analytics tab)? It's not included in the default date ranges (Last 30 days, etc.)
