In Chrome's main menu, select "More tools" and "Developer tools".

You can then select "Console".

Copy and paste the following script:
document.cookie = 'wisepops_noshow=1; path=/; expires=Mon, 18 Jan 2038 23:59:59 GMT;';

And hit "Enter".
