When you activate an integration in WisePops, you may come across this error message:
It means your destination list requires additional fields to accept a new contact. If they’re missing, your email solution will refuse emails synced by WisePops.
Here’s an example in MailChimp. My list will accept a contact only if it’s associated with a first name and a gender.
To make sure my emails are synced, I’ll add a first name and a gender field and I’ll merge them with their equivalent in MailChimp:
