The Back in Stock block adds an email field and a button to your popup. It works together with Klaviyo's back-in-stock flow: when a visitor enters their email and clicks, Wisepops subscribes them to Klaviyo's back-in-stock notification for that specific product variant. When the item is restocked, Klaviyo's flow sends them the alert automatically.
The two sides work together. Wisepops handles the signup on your site. Klaviyo handles sending the email. Both need to be set up for the full experience to work.
This is separate from a marketing opt-in. Clicking the Back in Stock button never adds the visitor to a marketing list, even if your popup also has an email capture block.

This block requires a Shopify store with Klaviyo installed. It is not available on other platforms. For the block to work correctly, Klaviyo must be installed in your Shopify store. If you want Klaviyo to send actual restock emails, you also need to have your own sending domain configured in Klaviyo.
How to add the block
Open the popup you want to edit.
In the Blocks panel, find Back in Stock under the Form group and drag it onto your popup.
You can add one Back in Stock block per step.
Configure the block
Once the block is on canvas, you can set:
Input label: the label shown above the email field (e.g. "Your email").
Placeholder: the placeholder text inside the field (e.g. "Enter your email").
Button label: the text on the button (e.g. "Notify me when it's back").
Action on click: what happens after the visitor clicks. Same options as a regular button: show next step, go to a URL, close the popup, and more.
How it works for visitors
When a visitor submits their email, they're registered for a Klaviyo back-in-stock alert tied to the specific product variant on the page. When that variant is restocked, Klaviyo sends them a notification.
If no product variant can be detected on the page, or the visitor hasn't entered an email, the block shows a message explaining that the alert couldn't be set up. The popup itself keeps working normally.
Setting up the Klaviyo flow
For Klaviyo to actually send the restock email to the visitor, you need a back-in-stock flow set up on the Klaviyo side. If you haven't done this yet, follow Klaviyo's guide on building a back in stock flow.
