When does this change happen?
The pricing standardization takes effect on June 1, 2026. We're providing 11 months advance notice to give you plenty of time to review your options and make the best decision for your business.

How do I find out my exact new pricing?
Please reply to our email or contact support@wisepops.com for personalized pricing information. Because some customers have special legacy rates, we need to review each account individually to provide accurate pricing.
What if I'm already on a special rate?
Many of our longest customers have special rates. When you reply to our email, we'll ensure your new pricing reflects your loyalty while giving you access to all our newest features.
Can I downgrade instead of upgrading?
Yes! When you reply to our email, we can discuss plan options that might better fit your current needs. The discounts apply to any plan level.
What happens if I do nothing?
if you take no action:
Your current pricing continues until June 1, 2026
On June 1, your account automatically migrates to new pricing
You'll receive a 10% lifetime discount
There will be no service interruption
Will I lose any features?
No! You'll keep all your current features and gain access to everything we've built since you joined, plus all future updates.
Can I cancel instead?
Of course. You can cancel anytime before June 2026. We'd be sad to see you go, but there are no penalties or fees for cancellation.
Why such a long notice period?
We value our long-term customers. While most companies give 30-90 days notice for pricing changes, we're giving you almost a full year to plan and budget accordingly.
Is the discount really forever?
Yes! Whatever discount you lock in (10%, 20%, or 30%) applies for as long as you remain a Wisepops customer. New customers pay full price.
