Everything you need to know about our pricing standardization

Pricing changes coming June 1, 2026

Wisepops pricing is updating on June 1, 2026. Here's what's changing, what it means for your account, and how to lock in a loyalty discount before the deadline.

At a glance

  • New pricing structure based on monthly pageviews, simpler and easier to predict

  • Migrate before May 30, 2026 to lock in up to 20% off your new plan, forever

  • After June 1, 2026, all accounts move to the new list pricing automatically

  • Your features, channels, and data don't change. Only the price structure does.

What you unlock by migrating

The platform has grown significantly since most accounts signed up. Migrating gives you access to features that may not be on your current plan, including:

  • Branching campaigns and quizzes — multi-step flows that adapt to visitor answers, with conditional logic

  • Trigger combinations — stack multiple conditions (cart value, page, source, behavior) to fire campaigns at exactly the right moment

  • Experiments — built-in A/B testing on every campaign, with automatic winner selection

  • Web push notifications — re-engage visitors after they leave your site

  • AI-powered features for Shopify — AI-driven cart triggers, smart recommendations, and our Coco AI assistant

These are included in every plan from $99 up. No add-ons, no extra charge.

All plans include the full Wisepops platform: every channel (popups, embeds, bars, web push, notification feeds, branching campaigns), every feature, and access to our help center and email/chat support.

Plans at $499 and above also include full onboarding, ongoing CSM strategy calls, traffic audits, and priority support.

How the loyalty discount works

If you migrate to the new pricing before May 30, 2026, you get a loyalty discount of up to 20% off your new plan, for the lifetime of your account.

The exact discount depends on your current plan and usage. To see your specific rate, contact Wisepops support.

The discount stays in place as long as you stay with us. It applies to renewals and to plan changes within the new structure.

What happens if you don't migrate by May 30?

You'll automatically move to the new list pricing on June 1, 2026. No action is required, and your plan, features, and data stay exactly as they are. You just pay the standard new rate from your next billing cycle.

You can still migrate after June 1, but the loyalty discount window closes on May 30.

FAQ

Why is pricing changing? The platform has evolved significantly over the past few years. We've added branching, experiments, web push, AI-powered Shopify features, Coco AI, and a lot more. The new pricing reflects what Wisepops actually does today, and gives every account access to those features rather than locking them behind add-ons or higher tiers. The loyalty discount is our way of recognizing accounts that have been with us through that growth.

Can I keep my current plan? Existing plans are retired on June 1, 2026. All accounts move to the new structure on that date.

How is the loyalty discount calculated? We compare what you pay today with the equivalent new plan, then apply a discount that softens the transition. Most accounts land between 10% and 20% off.

Will my features change? No. You keep access to every channel and feature you have today, regardless of which tier you land on.

Can I switch to annual billing for an additional discount? Yes. Annual plans are around 17% cheaper than monthly. You can see the equivalent monthly rate in the table above.

I'm on a custom enterprise plan. Does this apply to me? If you're on a custom or enterprise contract, your account manager will reach out directly to discuss your migration. You don't need to take action through the dashboard banner.

What if my pageview volume changes after I migrate? Your plan adjusts based on actual usage, the same way it does today. The loyalty discount stays in place across plan changes within the new structure.

I migrated. How do I see my new price? Open your billing page in the dashboard. Your new plan, your locked-in rate, and your next renewal date are all listed there.
