A geo-targeted campaign is a personalized marketing approach that helps you display messages, offers, or promotions to website visitors based on their geographic location. Using Wisepops, you can create geo-targeted campaigns to engage your audience effectively. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create a geo-targeted campaign with Wisepops.

Prerequisites

Before creating a geo-targeted campaign, you need to have a Wisepops account. If you don't have one, you can sign up for a free trial on the Wisepops website.

Create a geo-targeted popup

  1. Log in to your Wisepops account and navigate to the dashboard.
  2. Click the "Create campaign " button to create a new campaign.
  1. Use the campaign assistant or start from scratch
  2. Choose a format (popup, embed, bar) and template that suits your campaign's message
  3. In the "Design" tab, customize your campaign content by adding your desired text, colors, images, etc.
  4. In the "Display rules" tab, navigate to the Audience tab
  5. Under the Location section select "Specific regions"
  6. Choose a country, region, or city you want to target (and/or exclude). You can also target/exclude multiple locations
  7. Save your campaign popup by clicking the "Save" button.
  8. Voilà, you will be targeting/excluding people in specific regions!
