Lisa Fockens Updated by Lisa Fockens

Step 1:

Open the URL where you want to check the code's implementation.

Step 2:

Right-click on the page and click on "Inspect".

Step 3:

Click on the "Network" tab:

Step 4:

In the search bar, input "wisepops" and refresh the page.

Step 5:

If your code is well implemented, you should see a line that starts withloader.jsand a second line with my-wisepop.

Note:

If the "loader.js" line appears in red, it means that your code is inactive:

It could be because:

  • your trial is over
  • your subscription has been cancelled
  • the website has been deactivated in your settings
