With Dual Integration, you can connect a single Wisepops form to two services at the same time. Every submission is sent to both instantly, with no workarounds, no Zapier relay, and no manual re-routing. If you're running separate tools for email and SMS, you can now sync leads to both from one campaign.
Why use Dual Integration?
The most common setup is an email ESP paired with an SMS platform. For example, Klaviyo for email and Attentive for SMS. Previously, customers had to use Zapier as a relay, or forward contacts from one ESP to the other, which made it difficult to trace failures and audit what actually reached each platform. Dual Integration eliminates that entirely: both services receive the submission directly, at the same time.
š” Note: Dual Integration currently supports connecting to a maximum of two services per form. Both connections fire at the same time when a visitor submits.
How to Use:
You can connect a second service to any form block (sign-up, phone, or email) in just a few steps.
Click on the form block you want to configure.
In the left-hand panel, click on the Blocks tab, then select Sync.
3. Under Connected, select your primary integration (e.g., Klaviyo) and choose the list you want leads synced to.
4. Under Connect to a second service, select the second tool you want to connect (e.g., Attentive, Brevo, or Salesforce). Only services you've already connected to your Wisepops account will appear here.
5. Configure the second integration as needed (choose a list or a segment depending on the service).
Controlling which fields sync to which service
When you have two services connected, you can choose, on a field-by-field basis, where each piece of data goes.
Under "Fields", you'll see checkboxes for each active integration. Uncheck the services you don't want that field synced to.
š Note: Email addresses and phone numbers always sync to both connected services. These fields are required to identify contacts in each platform, so their checkboxes cannot be unchecked. Custom fields (like first name, last name, or any other optional data) are the ones you can selectively route.
If you don't see the option to connect a second service yet, it may not be enabled for your account. Dual Integration is available on all active non-legacy plans. If you're on a legacy plan and want access, contact support and we'll get you sorted.
