If you're an agency managing Wisepops for several clients, you previously needed a separate email address per client workspace and had to log out and back in each time you switched accounts. Multi-workspace access removes that friction.
A workspace switcher lets you jump between accounts without ever signing out.
Who is this for? Agencies and consultants who manage Wisepops on behalf of multiple clients, where each client has their own Wisepops workspace.
Setting it up
Step 1 - Agency: request access from Wisepops CS
Reach out to Wisepops Customer Success (via Intercom chat or support@wisepops.com) and request multi-workspace access.
Provide the list of client workspaces you need access to. CS will whitelist each workspace individually.
Once a workspace is whitelisted, the client admin can proceed to invite you.
Important: Each client workspace must be whitelisted by CS before its admin can invite you. If a client admin tries to invite you before this step is completed, the invitation will not work.
Step 2 - Client admin: invite the agency user
In the client's Wisepops workspace, go to Settings β Users.
Send an invitation to the agency user's email address, just as you would for any other team member.
This is a standard Wisepops invitation, nothing different about the process on the client side.
Step 3 - Agency user: accept each invitation
Check your inbox for the invitation email from the client workspace.
Accept it as you would any normal Wisepops invitation.
Repeat for each client workspace you need to access.
Step 4 - Agency user: Switching between workspaces
Once you've been added to multiple workspaces, a workspace selector dropdown appears at the top of the page β above the website selector.
Use it to switch between your client accounts. After selecting a workspace, you'll have full access to all pages and campaigns within it, just as if you'd logged in directly.
The workspace switcher is only available on the home page. Navigate to the home page first, then use the dropdown to switch workspaces. Once you've switched, you can access any page within that workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a different email address for each client?
No, that's exactly what this feature removes. One email, multiple workspaces.
Can I request access to workspaces I'm not yet managing?
You can request whitelisting for any workspace, but the client admin will still need to invite you after CS has approved it.
Will my clients see that I have access to other workspaces?
No. Each workspace is independent. Client admins only see the members of their own workspace.
What if a new client workspace isn't whitelisted yet?
Contact Wisepops CS to add the new workspace to your multi-workspace access. The client admin can then invite you once it's approved.
Is the workspace switcher available on all pages?
No, it's available on the home page only. Once you switch workspaces from the home page, you can navigate freely throughout that workspace.
