How to identify the source of the problem?
Usually this problems happens when Wisepops is set up twice on your website. Maybe you installed Wisepops using our Shopify app and then reinstalled it using Google Tag Manager.
Here's how you can check.
Open your website in Chrome.
Do right-click on your page and click "Inspect"

In the "Inspect" panel, click "Network". and input "wisepops" in the filter.
Reload the page.
If you see two "get-loader" lines like in the screenshot below, that's the problem.

Google Tag Manager
By embedding directly the setup code into your website's code
Check how Wisepops was implemented and remove one of the two instances of the setup code.
