Archiving a campaign
To archive a campaign:
Go to the Wisepops dashboard
Find the campaign that you would like to delete
Click on the "..." button on the right end of the campaign dashboard
From the dropdown menu, select "Archive"
Deleting or Restoring a campaign
Go to the Wisepops dashboard
Navigate to the archive folder
Find the campaign that you would like to restore or delete permanently
Click on the "..." button on the right end of the campaign dashboard
From the dropdown menu, select "Restore" or "Delete'
Please note that deleted campaigns cannot be edited or enabled again so we recommend using this feature with caution.
