The integration of Wisepops sign-up forms with HubSpot enables you to effortlessly collect and transfer valuable contact information from your website visitors directly into your HubSpot database. This streamlined process not only saves you time but also significantly enhances your lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Our integration currently supports only static lists. We are unable to add contacts to active lists at this moment.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Wisepops account: Start by logging into your Wisepops account.

  2. Open your popup in the editor: Once logged in, navigate to your desired popup and click on the sign-up form element.

  1. Select HubSpot: In the left panel, from the 'Sync' tab, select "HubSpot" as your desired integration.

  1. Grant Access to HubSpot: A popup window will appear, prompting you to log into your HubSpot account. Click "Grant Access" to permit Wisepops to integrate with your HubSpot account.

  1. Select a Destination List: Choose a destination list where you'd like your new contacts to be added.

Congratulations! You've successfully integrated your Wisepops sign-up form with HubSpot.

Note: By default, we sync collected leads as contacts in HubSpot without specifying a lifecycle stage. However, if you want to specify a lifecycle stage, you can do so by using a hidden field and the merge tag "Lifecycle Stage."
