Wisepops is a service designed for the web. It doesn't work on mobile applications. This is because:
The campaigns can be rendered only through the HTML DOM,
The campaigns target web behaviors: URLs, referrers, cookies, etc.
This makes it impossible to display Wisepops campaigns on mobile apps, even if built with React Native, Flutter, etc.
It is possible to use Wisepops for the following:
PWA (when the device is online),
Web views in a mobile app,
Websites designed for mobiles.
