You like the tab and so do your visitors. But you'd like it to appear on more than one page... Let's do it!
Set up a persistent tab to display before your popup
By default, if you activate the tab to display before the popup, it is persistent. It will appear on all pages until your visitor clicks it or unless another popup is triggered.
Set up a persistent tab to display after your popup
If you activated the tab to display after your popup, the tab is not persistent by default. It will disappear once your visitor browser a new page.
If you want to make sure that the tab doesn't disappear once the user has viewed the popup, here's how you should do.
Note: this workaround only works if the popup associated with your tab is displayed on landing.
Step 1: create your first popup
Create a first popup.
Once you're done, select Tab in the left menu and check "Activate Tab" and "After the pop-up is displayed".
Then select "Display" in the left menu.
Under frequency select either "Every X" or "Every session".
Step 2: create your 'tab popup'
Open your dashboard.
Duplicate your first popup.
Open this second popup.
Select Tab in the left menu and activate the tab.
Check "Before the pop-up is displayed" and "After the pop-up is displayed".
Then click on "Display" in the left menu.
In the trigger section, select "Landing". And add a one page view delay at the bottom of the screen.
Once you're done, click "Frequency".
Under "Show again", select "On every page".
Activate both campaigns.
You're done :)
