Branching popups let you show different steps depending on what a visitor picks. For example, if you ask "Who are you shopping for?" and they pick "Him" or "Her", each answer leads to its own branch with tailored content. This article explains how to add a new branch to an existing question step.
How to add a new branch
1. On your question step, add a button and set its action to Show next step.

2. In the destination list, choose + Create new branch.
3. The new branch appears, pre-filled and ready to edit
What the new branch looks like
If your question step already has at least one designed branch, the new branch is a copy of it: same blocks, same styling. This saves you from having to restyle it manually.
If you're adding the very first branch on a question step, the new branch is a copy of the question step itself.
A few things to know
+ Create new branch only appears on buttons that don't have their own destination yet.
The new branch is an independent copy. Editing it doesn't affect the branch it was copied from.
