When two popup campaigns are eligible to show on the same page, Wisepops normally picks one at random. Setting a priority lets you control which one wins.
Priority only applies to popups, not embeds.
How priority works
Every popup starts at Medium. You can change it to High or Low.
When two popups compete on the same page, the higher-priority one always shows. If both are set to the same level, Wisepops picks one at random, same as before.
How to set a priority
Go to your Popups dashboard.
Find the campaign you want to adjust, open its actions menu (the ··· button), and click Set priority.
Choose High, Medium, or Low, then save.
A small marker appears next to the campaign name for any campaign set to High or Low. Hovering it shows the current level. Campaigns at Medium show no marker.
Tip: you can sort your campaign list by "High priority" to see your top-priority campaigns at a glance.
A few things to know
When you duplicate a campaign, the copy keeps the same priority as the original.
If you want one campaign to always win on a given page, set it to High and make sure no other popup on that page is also set to High.
Priority doesn't prevent both popups from being eligible — it just decides which one shows when they conflict. Targeting rules still apply.
