Step 1: Uninstall the app
To remove Wisepops from Shopify, you just need to uninstall our application in your shop admin interface (/admin/apps).
Please note that if you are currently paying a Wisepops subscription through Shopify, the current period will still be fully charged.
Step 2: Remove the snippet
When installing our application, Wisepops create a snippet in your theme.
You can leave it in place. It won't have any impact on your website performance. When our application is uninstalled, the JS listener created by our snippet will never be triggered.
If you still want to remove it, follow these steps in this precise order:
1) In your "Layout/theme.liquid" file, remove the following line (near the end of the file):
{% include 'wisepops-generated' %}
2) Save the change
3) Delete the file "Snippets/wisepops-generated.liquid"
