Following these instructions will help you add the tracking code to your site through Google Tag Manager. Upon completion, you'll be able to start sending notifications that will appear in the floating feed, as seen in the images below.

This tutorial does not offer instruction on the custom setup (eg: bell in your header)but this document should be considered your first step on that path. If you plan to implement through the Google Tag Manager method, execute the following before focusing on your custom setup.

Step 1: From your settings, go to 'Websites'.

Step 2: Next to the website's URL, click on "Setup code"

Step 3: Go to the notification tab and copy the code

Step 4: Paste this code into your website's footer just before the </body> tag.

Step 5: In a separate window, open Google Tag Manager. When you're in the desired workspace for the right account, click the 'New Tag' card.

Open 'Tag Configuration'.

Under 'Choose tag type' select 'Custom HTML'.

Paste that snippet you copied a few moments ago.

Open 'Triggering'.

Select 'All Pages', then hit the 'X' by 'Choose a trigger'.

Name and save your Tag.

Now you're done. the bell floating widget should now appear on your site. It will look like this:

To add the widget to your header so that the bell is embedded, you'll need to follow the instructions for a custom implementation. Check out the document 'Embedding feed in your header' for more help.
